I think Saban is focused on the job. He looks like he find the media to be pesky and annoying sometimes because they only want to know about one thing Ricky Williams and his mind state.

I doubt that......it was no secret this team crashed last year after 5 years of being "Wannstedted", Chicago Bears fans got "Wannstedted" for 6 years.

I think what you are seeing is a Psyche major who is very good at it work on the psyches of his football team.

He is building a mentality among this team that will make them champions one day.

He was under no illusion that he was walking into a "ready-made" situation.

• Exactly..... DW was the perfect guy for Saban to follow.

• It's football 101. Compete, Dominate, Mental Toughness, Team, Conditioning, Execution, Perserverence, Over-achieve, Accountability, etc.

We have been missing these basic football concept for years.... it's refreshing to get it back..imo.

And that fact he could give a hoot about our local media.... they have been spoon fed for years.... some are starting to "get it" and now know they need to ask the right kind of questions if they want to be taken seriously.
