Anyone here know how much longer Saban will continue to do his daily press conference? I am hoping he will continue to talk mon, wed, thurs and fri until the draft but I highly doubt that will happen. Anyone know what the deal is?

I would expect to only hear from Saban in a press conference during the offseason only when major events are happening to the team.

I think he gave us alot of clues in the Day After Press Conference about what to expect in the offseason.

About Qb: He made it clear that it is unsettled. If someone becomes available, Miami will consider them. You can bet on Miami having a new Qb in 2006 to compete with Frerotte.

About O-line: Forget the draft. Saban made it clear that he was looking to bring in someone to "enhance" the line. That sounds like a veteran. You can bet on Miami bringing in 1 or 2 free agent linemen.

About Defense: Look to the draft. Miami will pull every young player they can for the defense from the draft. I wouldn't be surprised if 5 out of the 7 picks from the draft are defensive players.
