He basically said you cannot judge the QB if everything around him, primarily the OL, isnt doing its job. The same can be said for all skill positions. Strong QB play helps the HB, strong OL play helps the QB etc.

You know what, Im happy Nick sounds pissed. Wanny never seemed to sound pissed. He just sort of brushed his stupid hand through his stupid hair with those stupid glasses hanging around his neck and basically made excuses and turned negatives into fake positives just to get the stupid media off his stupid back. It sounds to me like if Nick is speaking this way to the media, then he gave it to the team good last night... which is good.
