Much has been made of the return of Megatron. This game (like many) will come down to the pass rush by each team.
The Lions last year could run the ball. This season they are 31st in rushing yards per game(79.6) and yards per attempt (3.1). So they have to pass.
Yet oddly, they have not passed that many times this season. Only 299 attempts which is only 13 times more then we have (The Colts are 1st in the NFL with 397 pass attempts, the Lions are 15th. I assume with is due to a lack of drives
And the Lions have given up the 5th most sacks this season. While on the other hand we have the 5th most. Honestly, they have only a few sacks less then us but our OL has only allowed 17 sacks this season. They are stout against the run, the Lions are the 2nd best in stopping it.
I do not understand why most "experts" are picking the Lions, we score almost 7 more points per game.
Well, I'm going to stop rambling, this Bubble Gum is really good.............
