he was pissed because he wanted to get released so he could sign with the Raiders who we were right about to play next.

They didn't release him until afterwards, which ANY GM would have done.

This is a joke

Not to defend Ireland, but... Armando was on the Dan Patrick show this morning and said that Ireland has two autistic daughters who are singled out on a daily basis, so Mando highly doubts that Ireland would be that insensitive to someone who feels he (Martin) is being singled out. Also, much like Cog's voicemail, I'm sure there was more to Ireland's conversation than "punch him in the mouth". That conversation also lacks context...
 
Sage's best game I think was the come back against buff.
That is his NFL high point. I don't think he would say it if he didn't feel that way.
But he was a career back up. So take that **** with a grain of salt. JI is not the best in the league.
He still needs to do better. His leash is getting to the end. If he can't get the players then cut him loose.
 
He did say this: "My reasons for my disdain for Ireland are a long story. It took about an hour to find out what everyone in that locker room thought of him." From the bryant incident alone I think this might be true.
 
Damn, this agent is brilliant. Now he is bringing out former clients to nail Ireland. What a chess match!
 
Interesting tidbit from Robert Klemko of MMQB. Dolphins had 6 grievances filed against them early this year. They lead the league.

Nothing wrong with a employee compare his boss work performance to other bosses he had, we do it everyday, you compare the different styles, how they handle certain situations and how they treat there people.......he has every right to compare his former GM,

sounds like players complaining about the team breaking the new CBA rules when it comes to practices in pads and voluntary work outs......
