I agree that gus should start agianst the chargers because were still in it and its going to be a tough road game for a young guy, but if we lose to the chargers i think sage should get a start vs. the jets and the following week lemon should get the start vs. tennesee, and the player that plays the best should get the start agianst the pats. we have got to see if any of these guys are worth keeping as a backup/starter, and dont give me this crap about lemon not knowing the system well enough, he will have 10 weeks of learning under his belt, they could put together a game plan for him 15-20 plays.
 
I agree!! Sage would be great, the Jets secondary is hurt.....BAD and Ty Law isn't what he used to be, which means Sage and CC would have a field day just eating up yardage. and Cleo needs a chance, I mean come on, TEN WEEKS! When some QB's(Vinny Testeverde this year) started in TWO?! and Cleo is supposed to be a solid QB
 
I dont think lemon will see a start at all this year.. (unless sage and gus both get hurt)

It doesn't matter who you start against the Jets. The Jets can not score. The worst case scenario for the Dolphins is a 0 to 0 tie. I am going to the game but I fear it is going to be :sleep:
 
your a Jets fan I take it? Hey, if Jay Fiedler is supposed to be back(Sometime this year he's expected to be?!) you guys would have a chance(ok, Jay didn't work well here in Miami, but his home is New York, and he knows the OC, so he may do better) and my little brother is a huge Jets fan(I can't stand 'em tho) but Miami will probably still beat you, but who knows, rivalry games are always tough

Actually worst case scenario is Gus decides to be Gus and makes stupid choices. Hopefully we will see Sage or Cleo in there.

The dolphins need the QB in the Jets game to be the one that is least likely to turn it over, as long as you don't have bad TOs there is little chance you'll lose.

Marino seems to like him. Every time he's given a chance, he has nothing but positive things to say about him.

Ive been saying this all week and I totally agree

If we lose Id like to see lemon get a shot, as well as sage
