Saints a Bad Team? So What?

How many of us thought WE were a bad team last week? Bad teams don't dominate other bad teams on the road. So the Saints are a bad team -- big deal. Dominating a bad team on the road shows that we probably aren't one.
 
Maybe we are just not as bad as the Saints. I am very happy for the win, but lets not get ahead of ourselves here. If and when we are able to pull off wins against the Falcons and/or the Patriots then we have something to be really excited about.
 
Who cares if the Saints are a bad team a win is a win, we just need to do win more games against better teams.
 
We need to get TDs instead of FGs in the red zone. I still think its gonna be hard to run on GOOD teams if they stack the line and if we play from behind. The opposing team scored first on us once again. Not trying to be Mr. negative....just a little weary after that performance.

i dont care what problems a team has when my team beats them. all i care is that we beat them.

they dont put little stars next to the W when you bean a team that has more than 2 starters injured.

all teams deal with problems throughout the season.

I agree the Saints are a bad team. I suppose how folks look at it comes down to what your expectations are for the season. I was happy with the win. Whether it's something that can provide a spark to the rest of the season remains to be seen, but at this point, I'm just enjoying the win after three consecutive losses. Whatever the rest of the season holds, as long as I enjoy the wins when we get them, write off the losses when they happen, I don't see how I can be disappointed.
 
If I get overly excited about this win and feel we're a Super Bowl team, that's my right. You all have your opinions, I have mine. We're all very judgemental. We're humans. But free speech is a biotch. I like it when some folks here try and "convince" us Dolfans that this win was a gimme and we still stink.

Let us enjoy it, just once. We had 4 wins all season last year. Now, we already have 3. Have fun with it. Please

Probably the first time I've ever agreed with a Bills fan. :tongue:
 
and the last 2 weeks the saints have been respectable... losing to the falcons on a field goal as time expried after the kicker gets his second chance from a flag that was kinda ridiculous to be thrown at that time...

then they lose to the rams on that interception where the rams guy takes the ball out of his hands after hes down, but the saints cant challenge it and they lose...

so yes they are bad, but they are still an NFL team with NFL players and they haven't played bad the previous 2 weeks...
 
I agree with the theory that a win is a win.

Just like in golf, if I blade a 7 iron and it still rolls on the green, it's a green in regulation. There are no style points in golf or football.

Just win.

Ditto, although some wins can be sloppier than others thats why theres practice.
