As far as I am concerned Brees is a Dolphin already. Kudos to you guys, you have a very good organization, and a good coach. You have been needing a good QB for some time now, and well I believe you have found him.

I don't think he did. The site has been having trouble all day, and I believe when he posted, it was duplicated by the program.

This is what happens when you get over a thousand un-registered lurkers bombarding the site for information which hasn't even been posted yet.

Anyway, carry on.
 
Take it easy on the guy. The site is slow today so we're getting multiple posts at times.
 
Also it cut some of my post off so..

you guys make the playoffs. We are probably a good ways off from being a contender, but you never know our team could suprise this year. As for us..We could do alot worse than Leinart, and atleast he won't be throwing the ball backwards. "Aaron Brooks". C-ya

Brooks was the single most reason you guys lost against us the last time the teams played. Brooks was BRUTAL.
 
Thanks BnG91, we'll be really pleased if we do get Brees, he would be the solid QB we have been waiting for. On the other hand, I think the QB NO takes with the 2nd pick will be the rock to build around. In this league, 2 yrs is all it takes to be a strong contender again. I look forward to the day when we can talk about New Orleans, and think football, and nothing else. Good Luck with everything you guys are going through, you're always in our thoughts!
 
Oh yeah. Randy Mueller is the man, and I am still baffled by his firing via Tom Benson. I just feel blessed we will have our Saints here this year, after the hurricane and all. Peace.:dolphins:

although i do feel it is too early to start counting our chickens on the Brees deal...
