Don;t you have to waive a player with an injury settlement under certrain circumstances once they get healthy.

No clue.

He was 94th in the league in tackles last year with 44. The year before that he had 39 tackles in 6 games. His best year was with the Dolphins back in 2013 when he had 101 tackles in 15 games (also had 2 INTs).

Why he's going to be a hot commodity with his injury history is beyond me.

He has played in 16 games total the last 3 seasons and is still hurt. Highly doubt he will be a "hot" commodity.
