Salguero: Jalen Ramsay wants out because of Mike McDaniel

I think McD could be a really good OC.....and that's the only place i would hire him. With a focus solely on scheming, not giving him keys to buy the groceries or to fail at holding guys accountable, i think he can be a top level asset to a franchise. He's the type of coach players will love if/when you win but the first guy they all turn on when you lose....especially when you lose with a label of being soft.
 
I don’t know if what real reason. Reported is acurate. Just said Ramsey was unhappy with cultural that McDaniel established and part of that is guys like him and tua are tired of reeks antics and they think he is being treated differently than others. He mentioned they are devout Christians and reeks antics rub them the wrong way. I wanted to explain. That better. I didn’t want anyone to think my last post was a political or religious agenda
 
Not surprised, when everything is on the up and up, he can be a good coach, but once there’s adversity and because he’s everyone’s friend, he will always struggle in this area. This quote from Chris Canty really gives you something to think about.

They hired Brian Flores to coach the Miami Dolphins, they hired Mike McDaniel to coach Tua Tagovailoa.
