Media is dangerous. A piss poor journalist quotes an anonymous source and you all start associating it to Ross like it came out of his mouth. I'll believe it when I hear him say it, or better yet I see him act on it.

I've said for ten plus years and I'll keep on saying it, until you have an elite quarterback you keep drafting for one until you find one.

What would that have meant in the last 11 years?

We would have drafted Drew Brees over Jamar Fletcher in BlueFin's world, we would have drafted Aaron Rodgers over Ronnie Brown, we would have drafted Matt Ryan over Jake Long.

Does anyone doubt that this organization would be better if any of these moves had been made?

unfortunately right now i have to agree. i mean sanchez has shown glimpses of being able to do it but he's so woefully inconsistent it's almost mind boggling. that said....consistency is part of being an upper tier qb and mark doesn't have that....and i'm thinking he may never get there. although i'd bet that the jets will give it one more shot with a new OC and system before they give up on dirty.
