Salisbury and ESPN bashing Miami!

He was correct. It was not a fumble.

It was, however, and incomplete pass.
I didnt see the game on TV, so I dont know the specifics. What I do know is that S. Salisbury said Miami was wronged in that call. Thats what he said basically, whether he said fumble or incomplete, I don't remember, but he disagreed with the overturn.

i personally, thought it was hilarious. Maybe you didnt realize how flaming that comment you made was.

The only good thing about Salisbury is his segments with John Clayton. Clayton regularly exposes Salisbury as a total moron, and then SS gets pissy with him and Clayton responds by being smug. Fun to watch.

As for the rest of ESPN, they're no different than the rest of the media. They're just piling on right now because it's fun to have a new team to beat up, now that the Bengals are respectable.

Sure Salsbury likes Fielder, he was a no talent piece of crap too.......

What the hell did Salsbury do in his career. Hell maybe Sage can work for ESPN and flip player **** about how great he was. He was a freakin nobody than and he still is now. God I hate that little riff that he does on ESPN with that little nerd where they act like idiots and trash talk. Espn needs to pull the cord on this freekin' looser.

My god, this is just :fire: .

First off, Sean S. the great QB he was (:shakeno: ) said Jay was robbed. That he didnt deserve to be pulled. That he was pulled too early and that this will backfire.

He said that our offense is horrible and that our recievers werent even trying (said Booker should have knocked the ball down in the end zone on the Jay INT).

His partner (not sure who it is, Marc Schelsser? ) said we should just punt on first down. Said that Jay is a warrior and will go down and do anything that is asks of him. Both say there will be no difference between Fiedler and Feeley in the starting role.

Seasn S. said with the loss of Boston and Ricky we went from an 11 win team to an 8 win team, and that with this game we'll be lucky to get 6 wins. Said the only guarantee we'll win is if AZ or SD came to town.

And THEN, he said "one more thing about Miami because it's such a boring topic . . ."

Good things?

Said McMichael was the only one playing out there and will probably make the Pro Bowl.

And that the only chance we have is Veterans steeping up and getting the team to ride them.

And also said that the fumble overturn play to McMichael was NOT a fumble.

Man I thought Sean S. was an annoying a%% before this, but now . . . :shakeno:

May I ask what you expected them to say after this debacle today?

I understand your point somewhat, but it was the tone. We lost 17-7 to a team they predict to make the playoffs. And they bashed us in words and in tone worse than I have ever heard the Cardinals (and I live in AZ) or Chargers bashed.

It was brutal, trust me. You know, it was 7-0 in the 3rd, it's not like we got blown out.

What really got to me though is when Salisbury started with his spew on how Jay Fiedler did not deserve to get pulled. Totally one-sided. Why shouldn't he be pulled, because he's a warrior?!

You know, it's just like, come on, were you watching the game?

(Plus the total contradiction of saying the McMichael play was a bad call by the refs and not realizing if to him it was a bad call, then that puts Miami 6 yards away from tying the team that apparently they were completely atrocious against. And then the "this topic is boring," that's just a cheap shot.)

That pass to McMike was complete, then it was knocked loose. Anyone who can say it wasn't is a moron, including the refs that made that horrible call. You guys with DirectTV who have to wait til tommarrow to see the game. Watch for this. instead of being 1st and goal, we were 4th and 12 and had to punt. It was originally ruled complete, then Tennessee challenged and it was overturned. Complete BS.

Sean Salisbury, Ron Jaworski, Joe Theismann, Chris Collingsworth.... their mouths move faster than they can think -

or maybe they can't think....

Each week, their opinions change about who's the best - they each come off like "I told you so..."

Screw Sean S. I don't care what his opinion is.

We are rebuilding - our starting RB Died (or should have) just a few weeks ago - we spent our offseason looking to shore up other needs - like Offensive Line, Wide Receiver.

Face it.... the Fins came into the game limping already after everything that's gone on. Not to mention having a hurricane looming over their heads and their houses.

The Offensive team is just getting to know each other. Give it some time.

Go Feeley and Go FINS!

They could not point out a good QB in a lineup if they had to.

Police Officer: Okay just point to the guy that played like a Hall Of Famer.

The Line-Up:
1) Montana
2) Marino
3) Fiedler
4) Elway

Sean: I think it was number #3....I like his eyes almost as much as his ears... :roflmao:

Why do ppl always put Montana ahead of Marino? Cause of the SB's? Thats bull. If Marino was on the 49'ers durings those years and Montana was a Dolphin, Marino would have won MORE Superbowls than Montana and the latter would not even gotten to the AFC championship. You need a TEAM to get where Montana and the 49'ers got during those years. Dan did not have that luxury. He carried them all those years on his back.

THE LINE UP WAS NOT IN ORDER!!! :roflmao:

In a Police Line-Up the guy the Cops think is guilty is NOT always in the 1st slot..... :roflmao: You are just reading to much into a JOKE!

Everyone THAT Knows FOOTBALL knows that MARINO is the GREATEST QB of ALL-TIME.

Joe and his 5 yard touch pass in not even in my TOP 3!

If Marino was a 49'er...... ...He should be able to get 4-5 Rings. But Not ALL of his GREAT RECORDS.

Rice & Marino = New Rules about throwing to the same WR more than 20 times a game. Due to the fact that Jerry getting 200 yards a game with 4 TD's in the FIRST HALF!!! :roflmao:
