Salisbury and ESPN bashing Miami!

You know what, this team has done NOTHING to shut them up. As long as we are losing, they have the bait to run their sorry-*** mouths off.

Exactly. We can sit here and complain about the media all we want, but its never going to stop until the Phins prove them wrong.

the OL is the fins issue.........they have to fix this first...........RW knew it better than anyone

Salisbury is a nobody!!! Its us THE FANS who have the right to judge and support our team. Its us who get upset, p****d and angry not some dime bar behind a desk who cudnt throw a party let alone a football!!!
If we watched or heard the game then let US decide for ourselves cos we are the ones who give a damn!!

True, but like I said, they took it way too far. We werent the 80' Bucs out there, and the final score was not 41-3. A few key plays and were in the game. I'm sure it would've angered or upset any fin fan who heard that, just from natural reactions. Anyways your right that theres not much too counter it. I mean those who read up on the fins daily know the if's and's or but's, but the mainstream media doesn't have the time or interest in that, thats not compelling, or like Salisbury said, it's "boring."

But you still have a point. One of my favorite parts of today's game was when as I heard on the radio, "McMichael throws the ball down in disgust," after scoring a TD! I dont know how it looked on TV, but I think that echoes your sentiments and frustrations above. He knows their struggling bad, and he's sick of it! It's gotta motivate him to kick some arse next Sunday, and this season! His mind is in the right place (and so was his play today!)

I think a full week of reps will help AJ and the O build some rythm that will show up on the field next Sunday. Plus, we got an extra day of practice and a late game.

salisbury+fiedler=partners on South Beach

Just shut up Sean! U sucked as a QB and know you suck as a color guy!

Let's give Feely a chance to start. We didn't trade a 2nd rounder for a back up QB.

Bring on EDGE!

Salibary is pretty conceited for a guy who didn't know how to play the position. He sure thinks he knows everything about it. Sad part is, Fiedler is probably a better QB than Salisbary ever was. Now what does that say about Salisbary.........No Talent A*$ Clown?!??!

I didnt see the game on TV, so I dont know the specifics. What I do know is that S. Salisbury said Miami was wronged in that call. Thats what he said basically, whether he said fumble or incomplete, I don't remember, but he disagreed with the overturn.
Can't really say they were wronged, it was close and really either way cannot be argued in my opinion. It was close, but the one thing that is known, McMicheal did not make the play.

That pass to McMike was complete, then it was knocked loose. Anyone who can say it wasn't is a moron, including the refs that made that horrible call. You guys with DirectTV who have to wait til tommarrow to see the game. Watch for this. instead of being 1st and goal, we were 4th and 12 and had to punt. It was originally ruled complete, then Tennessee challenged and it was overturned. Complete BS.
Would you have thought it was a catch had Tenn recovered the fumble?

I'm guessing no.

The radio guys said if anything, it was a catch and McMichael's knee was down before before the ball popped out. Howard David and Mandich referred to the play at least 5 times throughout the rest of the game, and seemed baffled that it was overturned.

Thats why ESPN has him on their payroll as an NFL analyst.
Fiedler shouldve started at least the first two series of the second half.
Then, wanny shouldve gone to A.J.
I mean, for the lovoe of god fielder bashers we were only losing by 7.
And its not like our D had given up 28 points and they were up 28 to 21 it was 7 to 0!
There's no reasoning with you people.
I give up.

My god, this is just :fire: .

First off, Sean S. the great QB he was (:shakeno: ) said Jay was robbed. That he didnt deserve to be pulled. That he was pulled too early and that this will backfire.

He said that our offense is horrible and that our recievers werent even trying (said Booker should have knocked the ball down in the end zone on the Jay INT).

His partner (not sure who it is, Marc Schelsser? ) said we should just punt on first down. Said that Jay is a warrior and will go down and do anything that is asks of him. Both say there will be no difference between Fiedler and Feeley in the starting role.

Seasn S. said with the loss of Boston and Ricky we went from an 11 win team to an 8 win team, and that with this game we'll be lucky to get 6 wins. Said the only guarantee we'll win is if AZ or SD came to town.

And THEN, he said "one more thing about Miami because it's such a boring topic . . ."

Good things?

Said McMichael was the only one playing out there and will probably make the Pro Bowl.

And that the only chance we have is Veterans steeping up and getting the team to ride them.

And also said that the fumble overturn play to McMichael was NOT a fumble.

Man I thought Sean S. was an annoying a%% before this, but now . . . :shakeno:

Ive heard many people say that Salisbury needs to be fired, but why would ESPN fire the perfect person for them.

He hates the Dolphins, and cant get enough of his Patriot and Peyton fantasies.

The only thing good he can say about the Dolphins, is something that he would get bashed for if he dissagreed. Such as the mcmike fumble. Everyone says it was a catch, I was listening to it on the radio, and the comentators both right after hte first replay gave out a big, OHHHHH YAAAAAA.

Its a catch.

He has an ego and he lives on his own self pride, and social appearence. He is like a punk Freshman in Highschool he says one thing, and when a senior dissagrees with him, he tries to turn it around like he never said it in hte first place
