I'd be interested to see what Salisbury said about San Diego after they finished 4-12 two years ago and then finished 12-4 last year.

its funny you mentioned it but a san diego chager fan said that salsbury said that the chargers would make the playoffs next year. this isnt about the any other teams this is about espn and they are pissing off dolphin fans because they dont think any of us will stand up to them and so far nobody has stood up for the dolphins . if we all rallyed together and do something to piss them guys off then maybe they will shut up. i feel like calling in and rip them but i dont want spend a penny on my long distance phone bill.

Yeah, I heard it too, and if he meant last place in the AFCE, that may not be too far off, but the question is will that "last place" record be 9-7, 10-6 ?? Could be...Now if he meant last place in the league...I doubt that very much...we were in too many games last year to be that bad...

The thing is Salisbury was such a good QB that his opinion imo is bonafide. If this guy on the other hand was a career backup and never finished in the top 50 in any major category of all time then I would just ignore him. Good thing Sean is not like that at all.

I still don't understand why anyone would hire him of all people to be a sports analyst. The guy didn't do squat as a player and imo, is the worst around when it comes to knowledge and opinions of football. Last year he said that Miami should renogotiate a long term deal with Fiedler:shakeno: . He's an idiot. 99% of his guarantee's are wrong and he makes a lot of them. Just watch, once Miami starts winning some games he'll jump on the bandwagon saying he knew it all along.

8-8 is what I said I'd be happy with right after the draft. 7-9 will not make me happy but I'm not going to be pissed off about it either....anyting less than 7-9 and I'm very upset.

Of course I'd like to do better than 8-8 but it'll be tough with all new coaches, and all new off. and def. schemes and the fact that I think we play in the toughest division in football. Speaking of the division, wining IN the division is most important of all for me this season. At the minimum we must split with each team with a sweep wanted most but not expected.
