According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, initial optimism has become real concern that Saturday night’s knee injury suffered by Bradford may have indeed damaged the new ACL that replaced the one he tore last year, after starting the season with 14 touchdown passes and four interceptions.

You guys don't like our QB situation here in Miami? Imagine if you paid Sam Bradford 65 million for the four years he's given the Rams. And now you're on the hook for 14 million more for a guy who shredded his ACL again? Ouch.

If he did that is good news for the Rams.

Sam Bradford blows and always has. He has been holding the Rams back for years now. I am stunned they did not get themselves a QB in the offseason.

If the Rams had a decent QB, they would be a legitimate contender.

Sucks for Bradford. He was playing well before he got hurt last year. Promising guy that just cant stay healthy.
Not a big deal for some on St Louis they have a former 5 star qb in Garret Gilbert lol

What's just a little ironic is Fisher was said to have chooses the Rams over the Dolphins because of Bradford. He just can't stay healthy.

This is a darn shame. Bradford was such a good prospect coming out of college and he has simply never been able to develop because of these constant major injuries. He may or may not have panned out, but it's easy to say that he will never be as good as he could have been.

I have no love for Jeff Fisher though.

Quick. Let's off load Moore on the Rams.

You may get flack from others, but I agree with you. If you can pry a 2nd or 3rd from the Rams for him, you do it. That's way more than he's rightfully worth, but demand just went up...

I just want to say this, incidentally:

I saw a video of the play. The culprit on the sack... wears #77, plays left tackle, and isn't named Matt Ryan.

The Rams were already well on their way to getting a high pick to go along with their front office overhaul in their shiny new stadium in LA. So I would guess the owner is fist pumping this development rather than panicking over it. If they pick up Curtis Painter we'll know for sure.

If the rams want to at least appear to be trying to compete in NFC, they will ask about Moore, however, I could see Miami asking for something like 2nd rounder along with a low end pick, something along those lines. In the end, I could see the Rams trading with eagles for Sanchez

TBO first thing I thought of. Irony

Not sure why anyone feels that they have to call about Matt Moore when they have a similar backup in shaun Hill.,
If their Gm is stupid enough to trade for another backup then take what they give but Shaun Hill or Matt Moore, not sure there is a difference.

Shaun Hill is a lot older, but other than that you are right in that they are both gamers who have had a similar career path. Hill did well in SF when nobody else was but was the victim of several controversies. He's also filled in well in Detroit. They will surely be bringing in another QB but I doubt that it will involve overpaying via trade for a guy to supplant a capable backup and now starting QB. It's not as if they were a surefire SB contender whose chances just nosedived but who can still make a run with a competent QB, this is a team that was a fringe team to begin with.
