Sam Madison - Best Game of Season

I'm inclined to think so. After that PI call that Sam was ticked about (and we never saw a replay), he promptly made the next two plays. And I don't believe the Chargers threw at him again the rest of the game.

I think that PI call really rubbed him wrong and he immediately went on a mission. Sam played great on the edge today. Good angles. Solid tackling. He was a force against the run.

So props to Sam Madison today. After the heat he's taken, he deserves some recongnition for a standout game.

I have said many times that he should be moved in the offseason because of his cap and poor tackling so I will step up and give him some props. His last 2 games have been very good and his pick last week started the comback. Good job Sam.

I am also a madison basher when he plays poorly.... my problem with him is he gets beat deep and he can't stop the run...

today, i saw him make more plays in the run then all of his other games combined.

Whole defense was sensational. Every level, couldn't have asked anything more.

uhhh....did you not see the first half?

you mean the half where our offense left our defense stranded on the field and they only scored 7 points? I thought Sam played good today. He was like a crazyman on run support today. A good effort overall.

Apparently not. Why don't you enlighten me.

His tackling was especially good to see this today...he was solid..Nice to see his fire too.... But i thought he was going to get flagged once on the Chargers sideline.
Good game for sam.

That call really seemed to set him off. The very next play he drilled the WR and was very solid in run support the rest of the game.

Yup, and the play after that IIRC was the play where JT stayed at home on the blocker and Sam took down LT outside for a loss.

We held the game's best RB to 3.6 ypc today without Keith Traylor.

It was a holding call off the ball Muck, not a PI call.

He still has yet to give up a TD this year.

I, and many fans who pay attention see that Madison has been very good all season. He deserves credit for the entire year, not just these last two games.

Thanks for clarifying.

Regardless, it was a call for illegaly defending a receiver that he thought was unjustified.
