Well I don't know if he will still be a Dolphin, But he could be and he might be with his old contract!

A high-level source with one NFL team told ESPN.com the league has informed teams that any player placed on waivers during the period of uncertainty (which includes players in this story) can be recalled from waivers until there is more clarity about the pending free-agency period.

Not misleading! He very much is still a Dolphin since they can get him back meaning that no team has really released anyone!

Well if thats the truth I am sorry but it did not say that on ESPN

He is gone. The players that were released on Wednesday are free agents now. Its the players that were released today that are still with those teams until this thing get resolved.

Guys, did you read the story on how Madison would have liked to say a Fin and would have restructured his contract to stay a Fin? Then it went on to say he was not even approached to restructure.

Let's face it, Saban felt it was time to send Madison packing.

That is always tough on us fans who have a fond memory of Sam, but it was probably time to move on.

If he does come back (and that's a big IF) it will not be with his old contract. He will have to take less money to play for the Dolphins in '06.

First off, incorrect... only players placed on waivers were taken back... and then players that were cut on Thursday were given the option to change that, not on Wednesday...
