Same old dolphins, different coaches

I have been a Dolphins fan for 30 yrs and when Joe Philbin decided to run the ball on 3rd and 8 to run the clock down to two minutes I knew where this game was going. You don't give one of the top 3 qb's the ball hoping your defense can stop him. I see nothing about Joe Philbin that makes this a winning team. I see a 8-8 season and no playoffs for us. I feel like this team is talented enough to make playoffs however I am not so sure about the coaches.
