There are many fans that consider Gase to be an offensive genius. Huh? His offense is terrible in the first half of nearly every game. Against the Jets they had some turnovers with the corresponding short field so they scored early, but they were shut out in the second half. This offense is a joke. Look at today's game; it's the 3rd quarter, and how many successful drives have they had so far? None. That's right... none!

The sad thing is that Miami actually has some talent on offense, but Gase's playcalling and offensive philosophy are hurting this team. They can't run because an o-line good at run-blocking is not a priority to Gase, even though running the ball and stopping the run is still a major factor in having a successful team. I have no idea how they have a highly ranked defense because they aren't very good. Burke allows Gronk to run free, even as the announcers say that Miami needs to disrupt him at the line. IMO, Miami won't be relevant until Ross gets rid of Gase.

Well said! For the life of me I can't understand how anyone could defend Gase and Burke and their style of offense/defense.

When this team gets a real QB we can really start to build a good team.

I think we have some pieces, more than I thought going into the year. The wr group and the secondary are better than I thought.

You don't build a consistently good team with QBs like Tannehill or Andy Dalton and guys like that.

So true. The sad thing is that Miami could win even with Tannehill if they only had a better Head Coach / playcaller and DC.

They need a tough, physical o-line and a strong running game to pair with Tannehill and his decent ability with play-action, rolling out, and running the ball.

Gase is overrated. Dowell Loggains is a joke as an OC. Bears fans were happy he got canned in Chicago. Matt Burke was former Bengals loser who can't do jack as our D Coordinator.
