What has happned to him...

I mean he can catch and run and should be our number one FB over Darian Barnes. Plus Morris can get tough yards in teh red zone. We gotta use him more

What happened to Sammy Morris is Ricky and Ronnie. I think we keep him because he more than proved himself last year. I gained a lot of respect for him after watching him play last year.

i think hes gone by the end of the season, he scored a TD for us this year, we could get a late round pick for him, our back-ups can be travis minor and maybe we can spend a late round pick, or pick up and undrafted free agent running back as another back-up

I would rather keep Morris and dump Minor.

Me too. Minor never did too much for us.

Morris is going to stay. Diamond, Morris, and Barnes may not have done anything like score a lot of touchdowns, but they know how to do the dirty trench work.

Morris sucks as a run blocker. Early in the Saints game he threw a block that would make most recievers laugh at him and call him an ***. I like Morris alot, but he is a runningback with good pass protection and recieving skills. He is basically Moe Williams.

The Dolphins dont want a fullback, they want an H-Back. A big blocking TE who can line up in the backfield and lead block. Jim Kleinsasser. You guys notice Alex Holmes getting playing time?

I hope he isn't gone by the end of the season. He brings more to the table than Minor. Morris is a very good special teams coverage player and a better than average running back. We like to use two RBs in our game plan, and (God forbid) one of them goes down; I rather have Morris in the game than Minor.

I noticed Alex Holmes and you know he can catch also when we wants to..That is one huge Kid...

Ever since Ricky came back, both Morris and Minor's role on offense has been cutdown to almost none. Morris shouldn't be a FB, he should be in a role like Moe Williams was for the Vikings. I remember Leinhan saing that we would use Morris like he used Williams back in Minny, but I have yet to see that happened.

Morris should be back and I think he will be. The guy is one of the top ST players in the league and I really respect the guy because of what he was able to accomplish last season behind our swiss cheese oline. He was a true professional.

Thank you thats my opinion too personally Minor is useless right now.

Agreed, but Morris will bring some compensation, while Minor will not. RB is a position of strength, Morriss is not a great blocker and we could use a pick for him to shore up one of our many weaknesses. He is simply a luxury we can't really afford.

Morris is seeing a fair amount of playing time as a blocking halfback when the Dolphins line up in the shotgun. Other then that, not much, but I'm ok with it. Morris is a good special teams player as well.

Well, we at some point decided during the offseason that we canfor afford to keep Morris. The Eagles reportedly wanted to trade for him, but we didnt want to get rid of him and offered Gordon instead.
