Sanchez to the fins?

Sanchez was on loaded and lucky teams in 2009 and 2010. When the Jests lost some talent and ran out of luck in 2011, Sanchez sucked. Because he can't read defenses, he gets sacked and intercepted a lot. He also doesn't throw downfield much (the Jests had 2 pass plays of 40+ yards last season) but relies on his check-downs. He provides no leadership, as witness Santonio Holmes' implosion in the Miami game last season and subsequent reports that Sanchez had lost the Jests' locker room.

Sanchez is nowhere near as good as Carson Palmer, as a QB, a passer or a leader.

Sanchez may have 4 times as much experience as Kolb but he hasn't benefitted from it. He's not much better than he was at the very beginning of his 2nd season. Neither Kolb nor Sanchez are any good as both are failed starters on teams with a whole lot more talent than the Fins have. Kolb = Claussen. Sanchez = Leinart.

Moore >>>> Sanchez/Kolb.

You do realize you are arguing with the biggest Sanchez apologist, jets homer in all the land. And thats saying a lot. There are jets fans who are darksiders and there are jets fans who are sunshiners. He is the Lord Baron of Sunshiners. If you expect to get one iota of objective analysist and/or unbiased critique, you are barking up the wrong tree.

Sanchez doesn't designs offensive plans and therefore doesn't choose if he throws a million or just a pair of pass plays of 40+ yards.

But aside of that, Sanchez's playoff record (4-2) is way above of Palmer's (0-2).

It's a fact Mark got great support from his running game, but he was an important part of 2009-2010 Jets' success. A weak year doesn't erase that.

Santonio Holmes was pissed of the offensive scheme and he was inmature as he throwed Sanchez under the bus, but Mark Sanchez was as classy as Chad Henne and never avoided his responsability. Mark will prove his leadership in the upcomming months, molding a different offense with Sparano. I just hope that doesn't explote in our face.

yeah it was all luck:lol:

Carson Palmer better than sanchez?:lol2: maybe pre 2005 injury I could buy that but have you watched carson play recently? did you see him ruin the Raiders season? did you see him in 2010 w/ Cincy? heck even in '09 he wasn't very good. Did you see Sanchez badly outplay him in their playoff meeting?

Moore better than Sanchez:lol2::lol2:

as "bad" as Mark was in 2011 w/o the "loaded" jets team he still led us to 8 wins. Buffalo w/ the "better" ryan Fitzpatrick and Miami w/ the "great" Matt Moore haven't sniffed 8 wins in a long time.

Miami is latin yes but it's not a big time "Mexican" community. There's Nicaraguans, there's Puerto Ricans, Cubans (many Cubans), Columbians. the Mexican community here isn't that much.

That's why players like Carlos Arroyo was treated like king here, the Puerto Ricans only liked him because he's from PR.

I don't think Sanchez being Mexican would attract many so that's all irrelevant.

Oh, and completely off topic, he sucks.

Well said! And on a side note, if we ever get Sanchez i'd think alot of us will go in clinical depression. The dude is arrogant, ****y & sucks many kind of things ;) one of em being football ;) lol...

Sanchez: 8 wins in 16 starts with TC, Moore: 6 wins in 12 starts w/o TC
Sanchez: 5-4 over last 9 games with TC; Moore 6-3 in 12 starts w/o TC with Marshall dropping at least 3 endzone TD passes and with Columbo and Carey doing their turnstyle imitations

Sanchez: 23rd ranked QB with 78 QBR and 6.4ypa, Moore: 12th ranked QBR with 87 QBR and 7.2 ypa (even without TC reps)
Sanchez: lost 8 fumbles, 18ints (26 turnovers) ; Moore lost 6 fumbles, 9 ints (15 turnovers)

Sanchez: pouts and mopes on end of bench; Moore, inspires his team, demonstrates leadership win or lose

Sanchez: up til now, coddled and enabled with no pressure no matter how he performed (confirmed by Holmes and Tomlinson); Moore, pressure to succeed and not be stereotyped as journeyman backup on a winless, demoralized team with its fans actively rooting against it

Sanchez: 2nd half of 2011, worst QB in div; Moore 2nd half of 2011 -2nd best QB in division

But someone's gotta keep polishing the turd, so why shouldn't it be you?

when Moore came in Miami was 0-3, he'd help them get to 0-7 before he "played well". Some guys can play under pressure and some can't, neither could this year when it mattered most but Sanchez has proven he can, Moore has yet to prove that and if he is Miami's starting QB he will likely never see a big game.

87 QBT w/ zero pressure to win, that is impressive! it reminds me of Matt Moore 2009, how did Matt Moore opening day starter 2010 fare?

both averaged over a TO a game but Sanchez had 32 total TDs in 16 games(2 per game), Moore had 18 in 13 games, 1.4 per game.

No pressure? he has had pressure to win since day 1 and he has not one, not two, not three but FOUR ROAD playoff wins under his belt. I know that's not quite like the pressure of guiding an 0-7 team but it is pressure.

exercise in futility my man

You agreeing w/ vaark and discussing futility is priceless:lol:

You'll believe what you wanna believe, but even on all the jest boards there's a bunch of posters recently bemoaning the realization they've now got 3 QBs that wouldn't start for any other team in the league. Regardless, it'll be interesting to see how the pouty little beyotch reacts to the pressure of finally having someone else possibly take his job when he craps the bed more than once... especially someone with leadership qualities.

I don't care what Jet fans or any fans say, I can evaluate w/ my two eyes and I trust them more than espn or some other fans opinions.

I'd rather Mark Hamill, Mark Twain, shoot even Mark Wahlberg to be our QB over Mark Sanchump

With all of the undiscovered diseases scientists have yet to uncover, I wonder what Junc's would be defined as regarding his playing-on-a-loop drivel that keeps getting played over and over and over again.

Would be an interesting study IMO
