If you don't live in South Florida, a competent sports bar should be able to get it. The place in NC where I hang out, always has the pre-season games on. They just get the feed from WFOR or whichever local station is broadcasting the game.

The only game I've ever known the sports bar here to be unable to get, was the game last season that was re-scheduled to Saturday. The bar owner spent the entire first half on the phone with the satellite people trying to get the feed, before finally being told that the NFL wouldn't allow it to be broadcast outside of the local market, due to some non-compete agreement with the NCAA. That sucked. :-(
