I saw this game twice and examined every play, my conclussions are the same even though this is the first one I get to see. Everyone on this would say how I can draw conclussions without seeing the game well I watched this one and counted six balls overthrown by gus and many others thrown horribly. He throws his passes so hard it looks lie he trying to peg our recievers instead of throwing it to where our recievers can make a play. Its like hes so scared of throwing a pick that hes always riffling the damn ball. Amongst these more than 10 horrible passes are three where he missed chambers for seven overthrown by like three to four yards, a wide open tide end that could of turned into points for sure, and then underthrowing chambers still completeting it but if it was a better throw he had the CB and saftey beat. Anyway my point to this thread is we gave so much for feeley we should see what he can do out there, before throwing in the towel. To me gus is just another feidler but with an arm, but same average loser type QB that will never win the big game, because these games are indeed to big gor gus the ******* to win. I just cant believe Saban doesnt have the balls to do sometihng about this situation. Gus is killing us in the NFL every play counts. Every play he doesnt make is costing us points everytime. Not to mention he locks on to his targets and doesnt bother progressing in his reads. He missed at least 10 guys that were open this last game and he didnt even see them. Bottomline is that Gus sucks! And if he keeps starting we will keep losing. To me its just a matter of how many games saban is willing to lose before he show he has balls. The one thing I respect about th bills is the coachs decision to bench Lossman cause he wasnt getting the job done. Every game counts we cant afford to keep losing because of an awfull performance by our QB every WEEK!

I agree. Alot of people want to blame wr's,o-line, or the D. Gus just sucked without no excuses and the d playcalling just sucked but their was alot of missed tackles. The offensive playcalling was terrible to say the least.

Guys, the o-line was terrible! Both fumbles let guys in to knock the ball away from gus. The false start penalties they contantly get are causing us to start 1rst and 15 every time! The secondary also played poor, and the play calling wasnt very good.

Yes Gus was at fault and played bad, but you cant blame a 2-td loss just on him and saban!

I disagree... I think you are trying to hard to lay blame on 1 person.

the dolphins win as a team and lose as a team you cant emphasize the loss on any direct person the

If gus hit Chambers that would take away one. If Gus could read a D and call a hot route the fumble 6 would'nt have happened. My math might be wrong but that would have us winning by 6-7.

the dolphins win as a team and lose as a team you cant emphasize the loss on any direct person the o-line got penalties we carent gonna win doin the 3 step 1 step forward and 2 steps back. Gus was over throwing recievers and locking on to people and he has no poise in the pocket recievers were dropin the ball when it did come to them. and the play callin isnt anything other than taking shots at the endzone wich is what you do when your playing catch up from the first quarter

When you agree with this post you're saying GUS is the problem. I could count many. YEs dropped balls is "part" of the problem. For every bad pass there was a dropped ball not being accounted for.

And how about our 3rd down defense.... we couldnt get off the field.... How about or pass defense.

Is Gus partly to blame... YES... Is the playcalling partly to blame.. yes.

But this thread stating "It is the sole reason"... isn't appropriate. If you just don't like the QB or the system.. thats fine... But I saw alot of poor performances....

''He was pressured,'' Saban said, ``but I don't think he threw the ball when his feet were set a couple of times, and that affected his accuracy just read this, does this sound like wansuck defending his girlfreind feidler or what, this **** all over again. Man Im sorry but every play counts every overthrow counts, this is the nfl its about who can take those big plays when they are there and gus just cant. For every god throw he throws four bad ones thats not good enough, if he makes those we keep driving we develop a rythem an offense we wear them down, we get more confidence and have the ball longer maybe thats in a way a good way to deal with the other stuff going wrong. I cant remember the last time we ran some nice short routes whatz up with all the bombs eveytime we pass it seems to be long, the playcalling has got to improve also, linehan needs to adapt and design plays taking advantage of all our weapons right now we are not doing that. Gus sucks, and you cant say feeley is worse, remember we gave him a chance last year and he beat the pats when they were actually good and we sucked bigtime. He can win that big game, gus cant he sucks balls!

Penalties (it seemed that on each drive we had at least one 1st and 15) and the inability to have a decent corner cover Galloway cost us this game. This defense gives up too many big plays. This offense doesn't make enough of them. However, this is a team being rebuilt and we need patience. If we go .500 for the season it will be a MAJOR improvement over last.

EDIT: Also, for the last couple of years now this defense does NOT create turnovers. That's the key to winning ball games.
