I thought it was interesting listening to Jeff Ireland's press conference. He was asked about newly signed CB Will Billingsley and he said he doesn't know much about the guy. Uh did I miss something? Isn't he suppose to have final say over personnel? How can he not know anything about a guy that he brings in??
