The Dolphins' remaining opponents have a combined 27-39 record (.409), second worst, and they don't face a single defense ranked in the top 10 in yards per game allowed.
Look for a healthy dose of Run Run as B&W get worked in to more plays.
We will cut out the bone headed penalties .
The saints and browns reprsent the only road games I see us winning

Where will that leave us in the remaing 10 games.
Were 2 - 4 now so

@ Saints W
Falcons W
Pats W
@ Browns W
@ Raiders L
Bills W
@ Chargers L
Jets W
Titans W
@ Patriots L

A healthy 9 - 7 , not good enough for the playoffs but hey its a rebuilding year
The first 6 games have been against tough opponents but outwith the AFC east games the only tough game left on the schedule is the Chargers.

My optimistic take on the remainder of the year

Pessimistic take
@ Saints W
Falcons L
Pats L
@ Browns W
@ Raiders L
Bills W
@ Chargers L
Jets W
Titans W
@ Patriots L

A poor but middling 7-9 record

Its only a bit of fun and im bored at work so dont shoot me........

@ Saints W (i will say you win, but i can DEFINATLY see you loosing this game).
Falcons L
Pats L
@ Browns W
@ Raiders L
Bills L (we won last time :D )
@ Chargers L
Jets W
Titans W
@ Patriots L (you might win if they are "resting the their players")

2-4 + 4-6 = 6-10

but if it makes you feel better, just look at the bills schedule. :shakeno:

all i hope that last game against the pats is going to be very very important one...

the only tough games remaining, are the 2 against the pats, @oakland, @chargers, atlanta...

even if we lost all those games we'd still be 5-5 the final 10 and 7-9 on the season...

now out of those tough games i can see us having a good chance of beating the pats in MIA, and i can see us winning at oakland and winning at home against atlanta against their porous run D... if we win 2 out of those 3... that makes us 9-6 going into the pats game final week of the season... afc crown on the line... woooo thatd be fun...

well i can dream about it at least for now...

9-6 going into the last game of the season @ New England, probably for the division title.

I think we beat you even though we are coming back from the west coast. I do think we can beat the Raiders. I see us 7-9 or 8-8, probably just like the Bills as we watch the Pats win the division once again.

When i looked at the schedule the only thing i can remember is the January Game in Ne couple of seasons ago when there was a snow storm in Boston and the game was about to get cancelled and they played it anyways.....

I fear something like that might happen this season too.....

Here's my take...

Pessimistic:
@ Saints W
Falcons L
Pats L
@ Browns W
@ Raiders W/L
Bills W
@ Chargers L
Jets W
Titans W
@ Patriots L

Record: 6-10/7-9 (finish 2nd or 3rd place)

Optimistic:

@ Saints W
Falcons L
Pats W
@ Browns W
@ Raiders W
Bills W
@ Chargers L
Jets W
Titans W
@ Patriots L

Record: 9-7 (finish 1st or 2nd place)

If we can get our "stuff" together, 9-7 could be a real possibility. I see us beating the JustEndTheSeasons at home, as well as the Jills. Browns is a win, and the Raiders could be if Moss is ailing (plus, the Raiders don't play defense).

Beating the Pats at home is a must for this to happen. That last game in NE is bad news! You know the Pats will be fighting for something at that point. They're wounded this season - wounded badly - but they're not going to die w/out a fight.

Titans should be a win, and we have to beat the Saints this weekend to be thinking of anything good this season. San Diego is likely a loss, and at least we get the Falcons in Miami, so there is a chance.

At this point, if we finish 9-7, I'll be geeked for next season!!!

I'm usually the optimist, but from what I've seen a 9-7 would take an act of God. IMO 6-10 is realistic, we simply can't compete with the talent in this league, YET.

I agree, its optimistic, but i agree. First step thou, has to be a CONVINCING win over the saints. This team goes 2-5, i don't even want to think about it.
