As of last night, the Dolphins were preparing to fire head coach Joe Philbin, per league sources. Dolphins owner Stephen Ross always could change his mind, but the organization was preparing to make a move as soon as today, per sources. Should Ross follow through with his plan, Dolphins tight ends coach Dan Campbell would be the leading candidate to become the interim head coach and replace Philbin.https://www.facebook.com/AdamSchefter/posts/1032512056801435

According to sportscenter

Dan Campbell most likely to be interim head coach

Fire Philbin and Coyle and promote Campbell. That is a damn good start.

Ross advisors= finheaven

If he followed our advice we'd probably have a 4-0 record right now. Sad but true.

I could live with that

Attitude swing. After Hard Knocks i was abig fan of Campbell looked like he had the right mix of Toughness/ compassion

Dan Campbell? Strange choice

When and if it happens then I'll believe it. What i find most interesting about a coaching change is the following:

1) What's the 1st series of changes does the new coach make?

^^^This tells you alot about the discussions that were going on behind close doors and point of disagreement between Philbin and his coaches..
