There's not enough egg to go around to put on all the faces of the Richie defenders the past few days.

I always took the stance of waiting for all the info to come out before passing judgement. People are way too quick to overreact when they think someone is being "soft"

Heck, this thread is 8 pages long filled with people trying to blame the victim. Just because some of the usual suspects are being "shockingly" quiet doesnt mean they still arent desperately searching for a loophole that will justify this entire mess.

Martin could have stopped this ON DAY ONE.

This occurred in a workplace, not on a playground. He supposedly reported it to Philbin which is exactly how he supposed to stand up for himself. Nothing was done. He tried to ride it out, and you may not like the way he's doing it, but he's fighting back against Incognito now, and Cogs is the clown that's going down.

Wouldn't surprise me if he was riding Martin because he thinks Martin sucks. I by no means agree with treating anyone the way Cogs has treated Martin not even in Jest no matter what you think of them. I just think everything we've seen posted here over the last few months from Richie's dad was likely straight from Richie's mouth. Basically it's probably what Richie really think about his team mates (Martin sucks, Pouncey'a a good player but a druggie, Garner stinks, Jerry sucks, the fins have no TE, the RB's suck, Wallace is not worth the money we paid him and even Tanny stears down WR's and always will). I'd love to hear Jake long weigh in on this, he probably has some goo insight.

I actually think he did this because he saw Martin as the weak link. The nice guy that would give in easily and wouldn't fight back. Did he do this to others? I guess time will tell but if he did I'm sure some of them fought back. I just cannot envision another lineman with a thug mentality, tattooed up to the sleeves, allowing himself to be bullied this way. Cog saw the weakness and rode the train till the wheels came off.

Wouldn't even surprise me if Martins negative play was affected by having his bully next to him on every play.

The scary part about this whole thing is I don't think we are done hearing info about both sides. I think everyone is still passing judgement to fast. This is going to get ugly. Really ugly. Example: If Martin is actually in a rehab facility on the west coast instead of just visiting family. I'm worried that the other shoe hasn't dropped yet. The VM are terrible things to say. I'd like to hear these voicemails. Was this there normal interactions? Was this joking or threatening? These things matter.
