This oline needs a total overhaul. Pouncey can be replaced too. I know it cannot be accomplished in 1 season, but if we has a GM that could pick quality, we could certainly nab 2 guys like Shula did back in the 80's
Ireland's continual bad picks are more painful than the individual performances by washed up players like mcKinnie and clabo, on top of bust players like Martin and thomas. Throw in Incognito too.
It is just beyond ridiculous. My 6 year old daughter would have better luck pulling names out of a hat.

Replace Pouncey? You are going to far, and abit of a reach. Or your lost in hateraid land, and just want to rebuild from the ground up.

You could argue McKinnie is the reason that we even have a chance this week. He came in and brought stability to the offensive line which was in literal shambles. He was bad last week, so was the interior of the line which keep releasing pressure to the inside. It was just a poor performance from the entire group and the best thing for them this week is to forget it ever happened, fix the issues, and win the game.

Contract monetary value wise I can't understand why Pouncey doesn't wish to switch to G. His agent should be telling him every day, you need to tell your coaches you want to play G.
