I couldn't find any post game video from Saban so I watched Schoettenheimer's. The guy is very classy in his post game comments, highlighting first and foremost that we played great defensively. He also shared his high amount of respect for Zach (And who wouldn't).

Just thought I'd post this for those who like me felt that their going for it on 4th down was a slap in the face. If it was, Marty sure covered himself well.

He did a good job of moving around and buying time so the WR's could get open.

Ozzy rules!!

Anyone see JT's postgame interview?

'The media saying we were gonna lose and all this crap, we get no respect, they were looking ahead to Indy and that was a mistake no one respects us, we have to earn it and this win did, Im tired of all this crap we get no respect'

Thats just about what he said, Im not word for word though, but you get the gist

What is up with this "slap in the face" BS? I think it's clear he has no faith in his kicker from a long distance, not that he meant to diss the Dolphins.

dead link for me had to actually go to the site and check it out, i think hes a lousy coach, but hes a stand up guy, just my opinion

hes is definitely a stand up guy. i saw an nfl films show on him and i was impressed. i wouldnt say he is a horrible coach. the guy should have made it to the SB at least once.

he absolutey cramps up though in the big spot. but like i said, the guy has had some back luck...like against the fins in the playoffs...i think it was '90 or '91. the chiefs drove down the field and his kicker missed the game winner

great game that was nick lowery wasnt it. some of my first memories of the fins came in the 90 and then 91 season, especially the playoffs. it was great when danny went into the hall cuz all theose nfl films season productions came out and i got to relive alot of vague memories

Statistically, teams should go for it on 4th down a lot more often than they do. I don't see it as a "slap in the face."

he was in long fg range, the first time it led to a td, i dont see anything wrong with that style of coaching. but he does retreat into his shell when it comes down to it, teams tend to take on the characteristic of there jhead coach, although i guess you cant blame him for byners fumble...

Our kicker has had a hip injury for seems like most of the year and normally that is a distance he could handle but they havent been using him for longer FG's like that ...which makes me wonder why they havent brought somebody in because his kickoffs havent been that great either.

Anyways, it doesnt have anything to do with having no faith in him.

Congrats on the win ,your defense was very good today.

I respect Schottenheimer for all the good words! what a class act!

I'd call that having no faith in him from that distance.
