If Coughlin gets to keep his job in NY I can't, for a second, believe that San Diego would part with Schottenheimer even if he gets shut out against the Pats. But I'd love to have Marty as the head coach in Miami. We all should. I've read poster's concerns with Marty's record in the playoffs. Man, wouldn't it be nice to worry about winning in the playoffs again?

We need a younger coach that can be with us for a decade. For the pass couple of years we have constantly changed our staff. It only sets us back.

I love Marty and would welcome him as our HC in a heartbeat. He's a proven winner in the NFL everywhere he's coached. Probable HOF coach IMO.
