There was talk of McNair retiring this year, if they could get Rogers I think they would seriously consider it.

McNair has to be stupid if he retires he is only 31 and at the top of his play and pay, he had 100+ QB rating the season before last one, it would be a pretty boneheaded desicion to stop earning that much money, being still young.

McNair is coming off of surgery to a team that is moving in a younger direction. Rodgers can afford one year on the bench and McNair can teach him enough. Then it may be time for McNair to pack up.

Very good point. I didn't think a lot of those guys would be Saban type players. Neither the WR nor the OLB - the OLB is very much a Wanny type pick.

I wonder how they conduct that and who does the selecting.
