Take that four hundered million and use it correctly (lower bowl moved closer to field) and we might have a chance at a real culture, unfortunately I don't believe it to be the case..esthetics is what mst of the suits are after, they truly don't get it..funny right, in this case dumb billionaires.

They still plan to move the seats in. I think that is supposed to be ready for next year. Probably because they couldn't get it done for this year once they got renovations going. But that was the first or second thing they talked about when telling people about the upcoming renos 2 years ago, before the bill got killed. So I think it's a high priority, just not enough time this year.
