I know this is the WRONG forum for this but this jerk needs to be exposed for the FRAUD that he is. Here is all you need to know about this jerk. From Today's NY POST...


"In promoting Smith's new ESPN2 show, "Quite Frankly," ESPN had Smith point to football as a sport that will highlight his knowledge and insights.

But Smith, quite frankly, blew up his football credibility late last season when, on ESPN's "Sports Reporters," he trashed Chargers coach Marty Schottenheimer for not trying a field goal on third down in a playoff game against the Jets. Smith asserted that if the Chargers missed the field goal on third down, they could try again on fourth. Yikes! "


LOL LOL, try it again on 4th down! LOL LOL :rofl3: :rofl3: And this guy got his own TV show and calls everyone else stupid!

Maybe he misunderstood the idea that if there was a muffed snap or something, they could fall on the ball and try a field goal on fourth down.

Well if the Chargers botched the snap and fell on it obviously they could try again on 4th down, as mentioned. But we all know if the kick was MISSED, you don't get another chance.

Eh, either way I don't care. I don't plan on watching the show anyway.
