I am happy I live in Colorado as the 1 PM EST games start here at 11 am......I would be a wreck if I had to wait until 1 or 4 PM like you East Coasters. The sport's bar I go to has an all-you-can-eat brunch that starts at 10 AM....I get something to eat and throw down a couple bloody marys....once the game starts I am completely focused on the Phins, but they also have about 12 other big screen tv's, so I can watch every game and check out my fantasy football players.
 
That sounds like a nice set up. I have to fight a crowded bar and get there 45 min early or I won't have a set. I'm going to try someplace else this year, perhaps Ruby Tuesdays. They don't seem busy and I don't like big crowds and other fans egging your team. I about got in a fight last year with some a$$hole I don't even know giving me crap during the Texans game.
 
it sucks, we all know it does, but look at upside, we get to embarass the patriots nationally televised, hopefully we are not the ones embarassed though, lol.
 
I love mnf! It seems that there's alot of analysts that don't know crap about the dolphins just the fact that they can pretty much write off garbage about the dolPhins with no actual intel of what the dolphins are really about. Seeing that mnf is nationally televised it allows the country to see what the dolphins are really about. I also believe that the players play with a bigger chip on their shoulders due to the fact that they know their being watches by their fellow peers in the NFL. If it was up to me I'd say bring on all the mnf they want to the dolphins. I want the country to know that the dolphins aren't just a run in the mill team. Off topic a second but it's my birthday today and all I asked was for the dolphins to lay the smackdown on Brady and the pats. I will be at the game Monday night in full force supporting the surprise playoff contender team the Miami dolphins! Go fins!

That's 10am here. I'll take MNF over that.

Hard to get into a game when you have to force yourself out of bed to watch it.
 
I think it's great. We get to stay undefeated for one more day. By the time we take the field we will be one of only 18 teams still undefeated. I say have our open date the first week and THEN play on Monday night and we would be one of the last 10-12 teams still undefeated.
This is going to be a painful game to watch and I figure I won't be able to watch the 2nd half out of anger. So I will just tape the 2nd half and watch it only if a miracle happens and we come back.

I expect all of the pregame coverage will be about the Patriots. In the medias mind the Fins have no shot at home...after all we are heading towards a 3-13 season in their opinion.
I don't plan on watching all the national pregame at all.
If we win, the post game should be extremely enjoyable listening to all the "experts" walk back their predictions and opinions.

Try being in the middle east and watching it a 4 am.. tuesday..
 
I agree, I love the monday night games because I know I will get to see my Fins but not on opening weekend.....I would rather go to a bar and watch at 1pm than to wait another freaking day.....
 
Hey... atleast MNF makes mondays suck less. That's a plus!

And it's football... I'd get up at 3am to watch it if I had to. sheesh.
