Basically the ESPN guys said we had no chance of making the playoffs and that we might have had the worst offseason in NFL history.

They think Fiedler will start since he is steadier and that we will be a bad passing team without Boston and the threat of Ricky.

Sage is starting in the scrimmage as will Russel and Works at RB. Wanny is playing it safe. Typical. If Wanny had any heart as a coach he'd throw everone out there and show the team that we are not playing scared.

Good. I'm glad everyone thinks we will suck. Let them all keep telling everyone we are awful.

We made the playoffs with this defense and Fiedler with Lamar Smith. We are better than that team even now.

Good post but why would you want to risk anymore injury. This is just a scrimmage and what, you want to go play like its the season. As far as being a better team now compared to 00' or 01', that depends on our o-line. Can they give our qb's time to throw or create holes for whoever is running? Losing Boston means Chambers will get triple coverage. It will take a lot of good coaching. Let me ask you this. If we do get in the playoffs is everyone still gonna want to fire Wanny?
