Sean Miller to Zona.

I can't understand why Tim Floyd would leave USC. Yeah, Arizona is the better job, but Tim Floyd done a GREAT job at USC.

And like I said last night, I really like Arizona's Interim head coach. I think he should have been given. I think Georgia should go after him.
 
Pennell did a fine job getting this team to the SW16. Floyd should be a fine coach, although it will be hard to replace Lute.

Lute is a local Legend in Southern Arizona.
 
Arizona is taking a big risk.....there were a lot of questions as to the process Floyd went through in landing Mayo and DeRozan. He may be running from potential ncaa sanctions on the program.
 
Miller is a pretty good hire. Coached under Thad Matta, but is probably a better X's and O's coach than him (Matta is a great recruiter, but not the greatest X and O's guy). Miller is a decent recruiter, and taking him to Arizona is a good move. He'll make the team tougher and better defensively, but he won't hurt the offence like O'Neil did last year.
 
Zona does lose Josh Pastner to Memphis though. Pastner is credited as being Lute's top recruiter and he was seen as the next great coach. Memphis is a nice spot, doubt he keeps the class Cal had coming in, but he should be a good hire.
