Sean 'no arms' Smith!

Smith will never be physical and I can accept that but when you add an inability to catch Int's, that's a problem. To shrug it off like its nothing is foolish. The Dolphins dropped 25+ interceptions last year and finished near the bottom of the league in TO ratio. Its disappointing to not read of him spending extra time working to correct this. Would be nice to see Wilson develop boundary skills to either push Smith or bench him.

first off vontae rarely gets safety help...and for you guys that have a dvr pause that sucker after the snap repeatedly when vontaes in press man on the outside and see just how good the positioning he's in as he runs down the field...kids really damn good...inconsistent but when he's on he's money...

sean smith flat out had no interest in contact with legarret blount on that play...none...but sean smith does that kinda stuff all the time...i've just grown to accept it...he's not a physical player...never will be...and he'll find ways many times to not make contact...but look like he's busy

Positioning means nothing when you get beat more then the other guy.

Smiths weakness is he drops INT'S but he is the better cover corner. Hands down
Davis's weakness is he gets beat deep more then Smith because he takes more chances, however this leads to him getting more impact plays and INT'S.

So it is really pick your poison with those 2. Would you rather have the flashy impact, or the consistant and more reliable overall?

Both are good. It's a matter of preference on what you would prefer though

i want the guy with the tools to lock down #1 wrs in this league and who plays the position like a safety as far as physical force goes...if i have to choose just one...its vontae...no doubt

smiths versatilitys nice though...no doubt...but he can't tackle or hit enough to play an every down safety and he lacks high end for cb purposes physical tools...he's a tweener...one of the few though that can make it in this league

If Smith is the better corner, why is Davis covering the opposing #1 WR?

I like Smith as a cover corner, but in NFL, balls should come as standard and Smith is swinging wind between his legs!

With his tweets on twitter you'd think he was a girl. He talks about getting his hair done and getting a massage. Next thing you know he'll be talking about what eye liner to get and where he's getting his nails done while wearing high heels and a push up bra.
