First off, no need to beat a dead horse. Sherman has to go. First thing first.
I think our Defense really needs to be reworked. I like the 3-4 much better. BTW. Keep Solai. Need a big NT.
Dion Jordan? We trade up to get a guy we really didnt need, and then dont play him? Nice. Lane Johnson could have been a big help this year.
Ellerbe and Wheeler are faster and weaker than Burnett and Dansby. Fact. Ellerbe is not a pro bowl talent. He is paid Like one.
Wallace stats are down because Tannehill missed about 8 bombs to him this year. Any of those connect and wallace has 1200 yards on the season.

We need a RB. Powerful. Speed is valuable, but Lamar Miller is just too small. Daniel thomas for being a power back, He sure gets stopped a little too easy and shirt tackled.
Tannehill is really good in the play action. If we actually have a rb that teams are nervous ABOUT, WE COULD BE ON TO SOMETHING.
I would say keep philbin, let go sherman and ireland. Philbin needs to call the plays.
