Our Chances of making the post season is very minimal so lets discuss the State of The Dolphins.

Tannehill- Too all yo haters, you are wrong... like him or not... he has improved drastically every single year.. Does he have his downsides? Yes... but.... His upscale improvement is greater then any other QB in the last 3 years... His ceiling is still undefined and cant wait to see just how good he gets.

FYI.... he was better then M. Ryan this year :)...sorry had to.

Philibin- Like him or not. IMO, he does nothing to improve our team... at some point we need to move on... He gives our team 0 advantage as a Head Coach.

Lazor/Coyle- Moments of pure brilliance this season.. moments of wtf's as well.. but overall great job.. sucks we will lose them once the HC gets turned over.

Landry--Whats there to say that has not been said... he is the real deal. Going to enjoy watching him become one of the greats wearing our colors.

M. Wallace- See ya... no matter what you think of him or dont think of him... he is not worth next years Price Tag. I have 0 doubt he will not be a Fin next year.

Jamar Taylor- Glad to see you come out of your shell.. If we bring Finnegan back... it will be a preseason of heated battle between these 2.

Jenkins-- Break out year.. enough said..

Wheeler/Ellerbe- Nice knowing you.. you guys sucked major Nuts..

Misi- Found a nice home at MLB... no one can deny his impact he had on our D when he lined up at MLB this year.

Jordan-- will not be traded will give a chance to compete.. nothing to lose with him... should see all offseason workouts at OLB.

Wake-- SO great yet... disappears soo often.

OL- Here is hoping our OL recover quick.. We need a couple of Gaurds and backup Tackles to really seal the possiblity of this Ol.

Did I miss anything? Feel free to add, chime in.. disagree.

Either way..

Miami will be in the same position next year, and the year after that, after every year thereafter. History proves that. A lifetime ago some dudes played well and had some winning seasons and ever since this team has been a waste of time and money. Goodbye Miami Dolphins. I've given my last ****.

I pretty much agree with what you've said, this team still doesn't have enough talent overall to compete with the big boys/contend for a Superbowl, but they are narrowing that gap - and overall I love most of what Hickey did this past offseason and hope he can continue to improve this roster in the offseason.

I still think Philbin is at best a mediocre HC, and at worst a liability but I guess if you compare him to complete and utter disasters like the Meatball and Cam Cameron he's not that bad? LOL, he still needs to be replaced but we'll see if that happens, Ross has proven to be soft in that department so I expect Philbin to be back next year.

they COULD make a wildcard spot if they win out and other teams lose but yeah its over...

way way too early.

if we lose to the stinkin jets next monday night, then yes, u can stick a fork in us. However, as awful as this loss was considering we were up 11 going into the 4th, we can still salvage our season.

we were never winning the division anyways.

It doesn't look like we will even be able to back in to the playoffs this year, too many teams winning.

coyle also has to go. ive never seen what has been so great about him. he gets way to conservative when we have the lead and coachs scared. like lazor though

Yeah, its over. Other than beating the Pats before the real Pats showed up, we haven't beat one playoff caliber team.

This team is a couple of additional oline players from making the playoffs.
Benton has taken chicken **** and turned it into chicken salad. Despite the losses, he should be coach of the year.
Hickey needs another solid draft to get this oline on par with NE and Denver.
Imagine RT with protection. The sky is the limit.
Despite out tough schedule, this team not only over came a weak roster and injuries to get us tantalizing close.

Just have to go 4-1. That was 1 of our two acceptable losses. It's not over yet. But yes it is a long shot.

This is why people call us the worst fans in the nation. Giving up at 6-5. Many teams have been in worst situations and gone through.

Season isn't over. We can beat the Jets twice and Minnesota. I expect a loss to the Patriots. Everything hinges on the Ravens I think

Season's over? Here's me thinking we're only one game out of the wildcard position. Said this before and i will say it time and time again. Some people on this forum are far too fickle and over exaggerate everything. It's one game. We're still very, very much in this hunt. Long week now to rest up and get ready for next Monday. Stop being so fickle and support your god damn football team.

depends on the injuries. if james done then yes, definitely season is over. if taylor and finnegan both going to miss time, then yes, season is done.
