For those of you who understand schemes, X's and O's better than I do, help me comprehend better how it was that Bollinger, who up until the Dolphins game was the consumate 3rd stringer, became the first QB in 43 games to throw for 300 yards against us. Was it just a scheme thing? Was it the couple of big pass plays that did it? Was it just the way we played their offense? Did Bollinger just get hot?A little help.
It just seems strange to me that not McNabb, Brady, Manning, Brees, Hasselbeck, Bulger, Plummer, Trent Green, Pennington were able to do it in that time and Bollinger was. What's up?
Oh, and Happy Hollidays.
