we currently have jason allen on the roster eating up some cap space. why is he still here. if we really wanted so sign the shutdown corner we need, why do we keep holding on to him. he can't play CB, he didn't work at safety, i don't even think he is much use on special teams. if we cut ties with him, we should be able to get a proven corner in mcfadden, ands maybe even sign eric green to back him up. will allen is aging and we can get a CB in the draft to groom under him, kinda like henne. CB is tough to play and even harder to draft. a three year vet would be a better fit than a rookie. we have moss, cotchery, welker, and evans in our division and who knows what else the afc east foes have yet to endure. will can't cover these guys for 60 minutes, he didn't last year. we need talented help to give him plays off.

your probably right we should cut jason allen.. but then whos will we have that can play corner???? We would have no leverage.. even though he blows were going to have to have some kind of corners on the roster...
