ok the Dolphins are not "techincally" out of it, they just have to win and like 6 other teams have to lose.. ok they are out of it.

but i wan't to see Patrick Turner, Lets see this guy and see what hes got. just throw it to him 4 times PLEASE activate the little ****er..

Everyone wants to see him play, me included. But how are we suppose to know if he is a stud or dud in one NFL game???

True but i mean you can take things away from that one game. seperation, YAC, speed. toughness. even if he plays atroscious, he isnt a bust, and if he goes off he isnt a stud..

on second thought, i dont want him playing and if he does, i dont want him to play stud-like. for the simple reason as him being an out for this FO in regards to the WR problems..

I was afraid that you were going to say Pat White.... but yes Patrick Turner, I absolutely agree. I can't believe he hasn't played a single for us this year. He's already considered a bust by many yet he has yet to receive a single snap for us this year. I never understood that. Hope the coaching staff gives him a shot Sunday, would think he'd be a great redzone target for us considering we don't have very many. I suppose Fasano and Haynos are our only legit redzone targets.

We won't from one game of course, but I think he at least deserves the opportunity. The season is over and I don't think we have anything to lose in playing him. (Not saying we lose or tank the game for draft picks like so many people on here want which I think is absolutely ridiculous). Who knows, maybe he'll look like a deer in headlights or maybe he'll make a nice grab or two. Worth the shot at this point, in my opinion.

to be 100% honest i wouldnt mind seeing Turner, Clemons, Hilliard & Sheets starting at RB, K.Sperry, Culver, and a little of Pat White. I want to see whose worth keeping, and if White was taken in the 2nd round lets see what he brings to the table. You cant expect him to play 3 or 4 plays in a game and do good on all. I think players need to get comfortable in a game before they start doing well. but thats just my opinion.

I almost dont want to see Turner in case he has a 200 yard, 3 TD game. Id be like, "where was this guy all season"!

Only kidding, id like to see him and hope he looks good. :)

ya man what if hes our Austin Miles? What if hes that #1 WR we are missing. we will never know until hes in a real game. practice if different then the real game. PRACTICE? we talking about pratice?

I would deactivate Ginn for this last game and give Turner a shot. I'd also let Lex take most of the carries. Ofcourse, none of this will actually happen.

That's what I've been wondering. Who's to say this guy isn't a Malcolm Floyd type WR with his size and hands. This front office has left Porter in while bringing Wake in sparingly. They have also let Wilson in when many think Clemons/Culver would be better in coverage.

They may be football geniuses but they can at times make some stupid ****ing decisions.

dont get your hopes up, IMO there is no chance at all he plays on Sunday.. The staff is just to stubborn for that.

If Turner can't get open or run routes at practice now, why would he suddenly be able to do it on during the game on Sunday? The guy has hands but no speed and can not get open. Turner has been compared to Mike Williams, both positively and negatively. Williams never amounted to anything in the NFL, so Turner needs to some serious work in the offseason.

I would lean towards sitting Ricky Williams though, nothing to gain with him playing hurt in a lost cause. So then you could activate Sheets as the backup and a change of pace back, maybe give him a shot on returns.

Not that they will do it but along with that I would also have Clemmons or J Allen start at FS as well as have Wake play the majority of the snaps.
