Problem is that you can't stop the run. Packers are built on the model Joe Philbin talked about when he became the Dolphins coach: win at passer efficiency for and against. Packers have been great at taking the ball away in the air and preventing other teams from scoring through the air. And of course, Rodgers is best in the league at both of those things.

Packers run into trouble when teams take away the deep pass and can run the ball effectively. I think the Packers have to be the obvious favorites in this game, but I actually think Miami matches up really well against Green Bay on the strategic level. Should be an interesting game honestly, as McCarthy and Philbin seem to have identical philosophies on how to win football games. McCarthy's just got an all time great QB while Philbin has a great DL.

The Jags give up an astounding 38 points per game. The Bucs are next at 29. That 2 possession difference is huge.

In contrast, prior to last night's game the Packers were giving up 24 per game which is the same as Miami. The Vikings helped them reduce that to 21. Again lets hope that it is a hot humid day in Miami and that the Dolphins have a couple of long time consuming drives in the first half. If that happens Miami should win.

Doesn't look like it. Right now we have fall weather. Up north you would call it spring weather: sunny, clear, low to mid 80s, low humidity. It is actually quite beautiful. Though Sunday we have a 50% chance of rain and thunderstorms. Temps in the upper 80s. It may become a running game battle.

You guys are coming off a bye and were coming off 10 days rest. I see a close game going either way. Knowshon might be back for you guys and Pouncey so we will have our hands full. We need to come out firing cause I know the Dolphins will. Nothing but love coming from GB except on that day.

Wanna trade QB's? Ours is really awesome now so this might be the week to do it!

I solemnly swear that if Tannehill plays great and Rodgers plays great and they win I'll just tip my hat to them. I will not blame everybody for everything, sometimes great QB play is just unbeatable, no matter how great/poor the game plans seem, or how flat/energized your team appears.

Having said that I will be pissed if Rodgers has the ability to hard count us to death in our own stadium, I'm not one to blame fans but that will be embarrassing.

I think we will have a battle. AR is the rel deal while Miami is still waiting to see if RT is.
Miami needs to pound the ball and hit them first downs. Have to capitalize and score 7 and not FGs. If we let AR get into a groove it will be a long day. I see it being decided by one score.
GB is my uncles team and my late aunts. I always like to talk to them after a Miami win.
