Its not the Uniforms that make the Patriots cheaters, its the players within those bland uniforms...
Exhibit A:
Tom Brady quickly removing his own helmet after being hit by Taylor WAS CHEATING. He was intentionally misleading the refs, PERIOD. (plus he removed his own helmet on the field which SHOULD have been a penatly on HIM anyway)
Exhibit B:
Any player pretending to have an injury for the purpose of giving their team time to make personel adjustments IS CHEATING.
You can "justify" it anyway you want, its cheating.
And by the way, do you think that alieantating your team from the REFS is a good idea...? You should hope that they aren't getting tired of being made to look foolish by your New England Thesbians... The officials may already resent it... perhaps even just a little bit, and THAT could cost you big...
Football Karma, its gonna catch up with you guys... and remember,
YOU BROUGHT IT UP!
EXHIBIT A: You cant be serious that he was INTENTIONALLY misleading the refs. Sure, removing your helmet is a penalty, but in that situation he took it off cause he was rocked hard...and its a knee jerk reaction to take off your helmet......Intenionally to mislead refs, come on, thats a real reach on your part.
EXHIBIT B: Yeah, in all probablility what McGinnest did was FAKE an injury for the purpose of giving the team a break.
But, it has been done hundreds, perhaps thousands of times by all NFL teams, at one time or another, and if you dont agree that if the Dolphins were in the exact same situation that they would not have done the EXACT same thing, too.
And, I am sure that at several times in their history, Dolphin players have done the same thing, too.
It's very common in the NFL.
Against the rules? Probably so.
But if the NFL officials went by EVERY rule exactly to the letter as they are written, you could probably call some sort of penalty on EVERY play of EVERY game.
And, for the record, over the course of this season, there have been countless situatons in which the Pats have been victims of BAD calls by officials, but, of course, you dont see those cause you dont see every game theyplay.
But, this is NO different than ANY team, including the Dolphins who were the benefactors of some bad calls against the Pats the last time the teams played, in Miami...
Every team gets the calls, bad and good....but, it seems, you only see the ones that YOU want to see.
The difference is, however, GOOD teams make the most of the calls they get, BAD teams don't.
