No points, missed tackles, blown receptions, passes picked off, sloppy defense ....................Tampa looks good if that does anything for ya...............:ponder:

we will get better, but i see your point................not a good start, see how the second half goes.

Yes yes!! On entire season is summed up by one 1/2 of preseason football!!! We're doomed!!

Tannehill looks much better in the 2nd half. Hopefully we get to see him against the 1s this preseason. Pruitt looks good too. Making catches and blocks.

If you squint hard enough while you're watching ... you can see Tony & Henne out there!! :rotfl1:

Remember we had a winning record in pre-season last year. Also when we played Carolina Cam Newton looked like a huge bust. Fast forward a year and Cam is one of the best young Qbs in the nfl. What I am trying to say is if we lose 60-0 or win by 60-0 none of it matters 1 bit. All that will matter is week 1 to week 17 the rest means crap.

It's NOT like the Fins' offense was the only one to lay an egg in the first preseason game. The Bills lost 7-6 to Washington. The Pats barely beat NO, also 7-6, and their offense made the Saints D look like Pitt's old "Steel Curtain" from the 1970s.

It's preseason, and lots of coaches really don't care about the score. Not only don't a lot coaches game plan, they sometimes deliberately call "stupid plays" because they're looking to see/try certain things. They're also looking at players. In the Bills opener, for example, the first team offense didn't run the ball even once. They were also in a no-huddle the entire time with Fitzpatrick calling his own plays. Later, with Thigpen at QB, they ran the ball 6 or 7 straight times from within the five when a pass would have gotten them an easy TD.

There's also 90 guys on the team right now, about a third of whom won't be around come September 9. The rookies were in their very first NFL action. Lots of mistakes and dumb moves. If the first team is still playing crappy in the third preseason game -- taking presnap penalties, failing to move the ball, struggling in pass defense, etc -- then it's time to worry.

Its the first preseason game you spaz.. Have a little patients..lol:crazy:

You're absolutely correct, the coaching staff literally did not gameplan for this game...

Wow very common excuse. You do realize TB coaches didn't gameplan either right? And their offense drove up and down the field on our horrible secondary. It definitely looks like the dolphins secondary of last year. Constantly being burned. Not getting their heads around and getting eyes on the QB/ball
