Seems unfair...

It's appropriate that he's a Bengal. I'd say this cat's NFL career is approaching it's ninth life. I would think he'll be trading his Bengal stripes for prison stripes soon.

Has to do with substance abuse, not arrests.

In Saban We Trust!

So players don't get suspended for infractions outside the league?

Also, I believe, one of the charges was for an illegal substance.

LOL... yeah, read somewhere that they thought it was appropriate that he was already in stripes.

This post was made for comparison to Ricky Williams (You know, the occasional Dolphin) so why was this moved to General?

here a good read on the topic. I think it is early for something to be done, might wait to see what happens when he has his court date. Here is a link to the story

It was a good read... and you are right that we'll probably have to wait and see if there are any charges. I wonder if he has received anything from the league for previous charges.

This guy helped ruin the 2004 season for WVU and is already been a major headache to the bengals this offseason. He is a locker room cancer and doesn't belong playing professional football.
Henry was arrested in a Cincinnati suburb for drug possession after speeding and driving with a suspended license. I believe that was the 3rd arrest this offseason. That makes 4 arrests in 6 months. They guy needs to spend some time in jail IMO.

I agree... I just can't believe that the NFL cares less about his offenses than Ricky's. You'd think the would have already made an example out of him, especially before the season starts.

he will get his. Ricky messed up alot, and the reason they were so fast to lay his suspension down, was he was already on the hot seat. Henry, most of his troubles have all come in the lsat few months, it takes time for cases to go to court, so I'd imagin they are going to wait to first see what happens there before doing anything.
you have to remember that Henrys problems were with the law. Ricky messed up with the NFL by messing up his drug test.

He pleaded guilty to drug posession so I would assume he has been contacted and given his 1 strike for drug use atleast. That just means he goes into the drug program for the NFL. At least he should have been.

I wonder if he has invested in a wizzinator yet?
