Capers, Garrett and Mueller all have threads in relation to other teams snagging them up.

Why does it seem like we're the only team that loses a million coaches every year? Ok I know we had like 23 coaches this past season but Capers was the DC, which is a big deal. Mueller the GM and Garrett the Qb Coach.

Why can't teams hire within and let us have continuity for once? If our coaches are so great, why do we stink?

losing coaches is alot of the reason we struggle so much year after year.

man i hate the spurs.

in other news, i think that you can have all the best players in the world, but if the continuity isn't there, it won't work (same is true for coaches). our coaching staff is made up of proven talent from all around the league. that said, when all put together they didn't work. too many different coaches from so many different systems with too many different schemes.

I hope Mueller doesn't leave, but i bet the Titans will throw a lot of money at him, and he'll be gone. this will screw us in the end as he is at the senior bowl right now doing our scouting... which means he is actually doing the titan's scouting.. which means we will not have had a representative at the senior bowl.

that sucks.

losing garrett would be a blow too... we are lucky we had him, and we're lucky that he has stayed with us this long. BUT he is from texas and has too many ties to Dallas.... so the Parcells retirement was bad news for us. I am hoping our staff made some offer to him that we don't know about in order to keep him around.... otherwise, he's gone.

Who will make the draft day decisions if/when Mueller takes the job with the Titans?
 
Mueller isn't leaving, he has expressed excitement about his long term future with the team and now he is finally being allowed to do his job. if anything he will get a pay raise to avoid losing him
 
that's a great point. I mean several teams keep their coordinators for years, like Indy. Why has nobody stolen their offensive coordinator. He's good!
 
Chargers Have Lost Cam, The TE Coach and most likely losing wade phillips and The assistant strength coach for the chargers is interested in coming to the dolphins.

if we lose him a new GM will be brought in and will split the decisions with Cameron. just as it is now, Cameron and Mueller are splitting duties 50/50. they both have to agree in order for a player transaction to occur

Sorta confirms the reports we have a very good FO and coaching staff.

I disagree. Look at the Patriots. How many coaches have they lost the past three years....still a top four NFL team. Come on guys...stop this nonsense.

We are losing because we don't have good personnel and the personnel we do have has been inadequately prepared to execute at the NFL level.

Bottom line.

very rarely does a team get the head coach to jump and be their head coach, they are already a head coach so why would they move? and plus why would anybody want him?
