Just posting the link to the Sun Sentinel video discussion on this topic/idea.

Personally, I believe Rex Ryan is WAY overrated as a DC & definitely as a HC. Would NOT want him to bring his circus (or brother) to Miami.
Obviously, others think he is a great DC, he has great defensive schemes, his players love him & play hard for him

No he would be counterproductive to Gase. Way different personality
 
bad idea, guy probably has hard feelings since the Dolphins are the ones that sent him packing....

Wasn't his defensive mindset outdated at this point? He's never done **** in this division either. No.
 
Gase would never hire him. I'm sure Gase knew VJ would be getting HC opportunities and already has someone in mind. **** Rex.
 
Hell no. If Tannenbaum wants to implode the franchise, foist Ryan upon Gase.

Let him take his loudmouth ass to one of the networks.
 
Rex is now the Ryan Leaf of coaching.

Send him to New England, or back to the Jets .....
