OK, i understand people on here blame saban, people blame CPEP, people blame the OLINE. Here's the facts.

Miami Dolphins are 1-3

Culpeppers stats are HORRIBLE until the 4th quarter when defenses go to PREVENT, and he can finally manage getting a TD pass and some yards.

Miami Barely beats the Titans, and lost to the Texans...2 of the worst defensive teams in the NFL. If you haven't noticed, teams put up big numbers everytime they play either.

Now my question to you is, why isn't Harrington getting a chance before this season goes down the tubes? Dolphins are not going anywhere with this team. Can't the organization fake an injury to Culpepper for a week (so it doesn't hurt his value) and give Harington a shot? Harrington hasn't even gotten one set of downs yet. WHYY?

IF it doesn't work out it doesn't work out, but they have to at least TRY IT. Why aren't they? After this loss to the lowly Texans, and almost losing to the TITANS, it is time to attempt it. Someone tell me why it is not being attempted?

Well then he's gotta go and he better be fired after this season if that;s the answer, i hope you're wrong.

Saban has "Wanny's Disease" (Failure to recognize that the guy you chose for QB is not cutting it, and not being man enough to admit it, and try something else....i.e., Joey Harrington).

You can't play Harrington until next week. Once they decided to start Cpep, they had to let him develop and play enough to gauge as to whether or not he would be the starter for the entire season. In other words, Cpep had to play himself out of the starter's role.
I'm warning everyone here: Harrington looked great in the preseason just like another guy we pined for when things went wrong: Ray Lucas.
And what happened when Ray got his chance? Well, I'll answer that with a question: Where is Ray Lucas playing these days? I don't even know if he's in the league.

I think culpepper's struggles are a result of him not being fully healed. I think we should let Harrington play until Culpepper is 100%. 1-3 is not the end of the world, our defense has been playin better, we just need our oline to perform.

YES but there is one big difference. DC appears to still be hurt...he cannot move around without being sacked 5 times a game. We keep a QB in there who hasn't recovered fully from a serious knee injury....if he has recovered and this is the best DC will ever be we are up $hit creek.

too late for that, unfortunately. They should've started Harrington and blew off the Pittsburgh game. They talk about Cpep getting stronger. Tough to get strong when you spend the bulk of the week healing up from a sever beating thanks to your crappy o-line.

Listen to me, read my first post ever on this thread. You will understand everything then of why im saying what im saying. I said this before the season started

Culpepper had Randy Moss and Cris Carter to throw too. Once they were gone last season look at his stats? Brad Johnson who couldn;t cut it anywhere came in and turned that offense around. Culpepper is a late round draft pick out of Central Florida who got lucky enough to go to a team with a running game and those 2 receivers. Harrington was a all american, top QB on a top School who got screwed by being sent to the LIONS. I've said he is the better player before the season started and i'll say it now. Culppeper makes bad decisions and is not a smart guy . Give Harrington a chance.

Like i said if it doesn;t work out then it doesn;t work out, but it has to be done AND SOON, or else i want SABAN fired before the season ends.

Funny how the backup QB is the most popular player on the team to fans.

no whats really funny is CPep finally mounts a 4th quarter score and works a possible comeback and people are still giving him crap .. he's coming around .. but everyone one wants him to dominate and be the 2nd coming of marino so people are on his case .. they're probably the same people who are in favor of benching farve ... just LET IT GO

Let's be honest- behind this o-line, Harrington would be toast too. Peyton Manning would get killed behind these guys. So would Brady. While Culpepper is a big part of the problem, I HIGHLY doubt much would change with Harrington in there. Honestly. He would get sacked 3 or 4 times a game too. Culpepper may hold on to the ball too long- but the o-line doesn't do him any favors. And I've yet to see even one decent sized hole be opened for Ronnie Brown this year too.
