the broncos last season the broncos had the number 3 or 4 defense in the league and guess what it has been improved we brought back ian gold giving us the most formidable corps of linebackers in the league
trevor pryce is coming back and is at full health a huge impact player who missed last season
lenny walls who was supposed to start last season but got hurt has returned to full health and had a great pre season improving our secondary
now back to offense that was in the top 5 last season that has improved lets start with o-line the entire o-line are back at their orignal posistions and are coached EXTREMELY well mike anderson is back and will pound out your defense and then tatum bell will have a hayday running over you better than he did last year
now the weakest part of our team last season was special and what did shanahan do he went and picked up saurburn a pro bowl punter darrant williams a speed demon return man and resigned keith burns our special teams captain
i know some of you will be like big deal a new punter and a better return man well when the punter averages someting like 50 yards a punt and darrant williams can return all day i'll think you notice that we will have amazing field posistioning all game and feild posistion is vital to success

What is it about your team that makes you say things like "were improved over last year" Your secondary certainly is not. I like the Sabin hiring but it will take atleast two years for him to bring in the personel that matches what he wants to get done on the field.

i see you didnt give the facts on how we lost or how close it was. and you guys couldnt beat the chief san diego or oakland. so lets here how much your team improved and how our entire team is cappy, just because we picked up some dlinemen from clevleland. who may i add have been spectacular this preseason.SSnowman said:Nice post. Let's take a look at last season shall we:
Game 1: Kansas City (0-0) Denver wins at home against one of the worst defenses in the league.
Game 2: Jacksonville (1-0) Denver loses
Game 3: San Diego (1-1) Denver wins. SD didn't really come together until later in the season, but good job nonetheless.
Game 4: Tampa Bay (0-3) Denver wins. Here is where we start to see the facts. Denver can win against teams with losing records.
Game 5: Carolina (1-2) Denver wins.
Game 6: Oakland (2-3) Denver wins.
Game 7: Cincinatti (1-4) Denver loses. Not quite sure what happened here since Denver had a top 5 offense and defense.
Game 8: Atlanta (5-2) Technically the first game against a team with a winning record (at the time of the game). Denver loses 41-28.
Game 9: Houston (4-3) Denver wins this one, so I gotta give them credit here. They were probably still upset over the last loss.
Game 10: New Orleans (4-5) Denver wins.
Game 11: Oakland (4-6) Denver wins. Must be nice being in such a horrible division.
Game 12: San Diego (8-3) Denver loses. Of course it's not a surprise because they're actually playing a team with a winning record now.
Game 13: Miami (2-10) Denver pulls out a big win here of 20-17 at home. Congratulations.
Game 14: Kansas City (5-8) Denver loses. No comment.
Game 15: Tennessee (4-10) Denver once again wins against a horrible team. What a surprise.
Game 16: Indianapolis (12-3) Denver wins, so once again I've got to give them some credit here.
Now let's do the math here. Out of the 10 wins that Denver had, 2 of them were against teams that had a winning record at the end of the year. 3 if you count the 8-8 Saints.
Denver: Medicore team with an easy schedule and division or a SB contender. You be the judge.

That's funny since most people believe AFC west will be one of the toughest Divisions in football this year. Kansas City had the number one offense last year and upgraded their Defense. The Raiders made some big upgrades, and the Chargres were 12-4 with the best TE and Running back in the NFL. I don't think there is a team in the BFL that wants to play a team from the AFC west this year.SSnowman said:Nice post. Let's take a look at last season shall we:
